Cedric Williams, PhD
Dr. Cedric Williams is a post-doctoral fellow at The ABLE Center under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. He received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology, which is an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited training program in Pasadena, CA. He most recently completed an APA accredited internship at Illinois State University. Dr. Cedric’s clinical training experiences include psychological testing, psychotherapy, and consultation. As a psychotherapist he works with couples, adults, and adolescents. He enjoys working with couples, adults, and children with adjustment concerns and anxiety/mood disorders.
Dr. Cedric strongly believes in empowering individuals to cultivate skills and techniques to enhance their well-being and their ability to thrive. He utilizes therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy strategies, psychoeducational interventions, and family consultation to guide individuals, couples, and families to more healthy and positive functioning.
